Message to the Couple
Officiant to Bride and Groom :
Today is the beginning of a new life together for you.
It marks the commencement of new relationships with your families, your friends, and to each other.
God knew your needs when He brought you together.
He knew exactly what you needed to make you complete.
And now, God wants you to commit yourselves and to accept each other as the one to complete you.
Marriage is one of God’s most precious gifts.
It is when two separate souls come together as one.
It is an intimate union and equal partnership between two people in love.
It is never too old to hold hands.
It is the deepest and sweetest understanding.
It is learning how to compromise and together create solutions to conflict.
It is growing together and building a future that is secure and purposeful.
It is not only marrying the right partner, it is being the right partner.
It is a way of life in which two people may provide each other companionship, comfort
and most of all love.
Love is given to us by our family or by our friends.
We learn to love by being loved.
Love is listening, understanding and supporting each other.
Love is being completely honest with each other,
It is not trying to hurt or deceive them.
It is loyalty through the good and bad.
Love is quiet, trusting and forgiving.
Love is unselfish and kind,
For it sees with its heart, and not with its mind.
Parents Tribute/ Roses to Mothers
The love that Bride and Groom feel for one another is a seed that their parents planted in their hearts years ago and today it has blossomed.
Today, as they embrace each other in their love, they also embrace the families, which have come together on this happy occasion.
[Officiant hands roses to couple]
As a sign of their love for their families, Bride and Groom would like to offer these roses to their parents as symbols of their eternal love.
These Roses are a promise that no matter how far away you are that you are not forgotten and that you are always in their hearts.
Groom you found in Bride, the woman whom you want to spend the rest of your life with and someday to be the mother of your children. Besides being beautiful on the outside she is beautiful on the inside. Bride Is intelligent, loving and love at the same time strong and independent.
She always supported you in the most difficult moments making you feel like there's nothing you can't achieve with her by your side. She is your strength, your guide, and your home.
Bride you found in Groom the man of your dreams and your best friend. He’s compassionate, kind, and friendly…and not just towards you but to everyone, he meets. He has a good sense of humor and makes you laugh at the most unexpected times. With him, you feel protected because he's always been by your side when you needed it most. He's the first person you want to see in the morning and the last person you want to see through the night.
Here you have the option to include the Lasso and Arras Unity Ceremony or Reading
(Lazo y Arras) (Bible Scriptures ) (Readings)
Bride and Groom, the vows you will take are beautiful words representing even more beautiful intentions. But you will find that as you live these vows over the years, investing your time and your love and your commitment to one another, the happy times of your life will be twice as joyous because there will be someone to share those joys with. And when life gets tough, it will only be half as bad, because there will be someone by your side to help carry the burden.

As you can see, these rings have no beginning and no end.
When you give these rings to each other this signifies that there will be no end to your marriage and no end to the love and happiness that you will share for all eternity.

As you begin in your marriage, here are a few words you can take with you on your journey together….
Remember being a Bride and a Groom is only for a day but being
a husband and wife is a lifetime commitment….
Let your love be stronger than your anger…..
Learn the wisdom of compromise, for it is better to bend than to break…
A marriage without compromise is guaranteed conflict…
Focus on your spouse's strengths rather than their weaknesses.
Encourage rather than criticize.
Remember that true friendship is the basis for any lasting Relationship
Don't forget to say "I love you" every day
May life grant you patience, tolerance and understanding…….
So since you, both Groom and Bride have promised to give yourselves to one another and to love each other through the exchange of your vows and the giving and receiving of these rings,
By the power vested in me by the state of California and by the power of your love…….
I now pronounce you
Husband and Wife
You may kiss your beautiful bride (music plays)
